
Pirate Luffy and his crew narrowly escape when the Marine’s Major accidentally sinks one of his own ships. The Ruluka Island Arc starts off with the Going Merry being chased by the Marine ships led by Major Rapanui Pasqua and Isoka. The Straw Hat Pirates help the old man out while avoiding the Marines led by Moore and Minchey and working on getting the ship into the water. They also find an incomplete ship on the top of the island. The island is inhabited only by an elderly man named Zenny with a multitude of goats. While being chased by the Marines, Straw Hat Luffy and his crew get lost in the fog and discover an uncharted island. This is the second filler arc after the Arabasta Arc. Luffy and Nico Robin are the only ones who do not get an episode. The Post Arabasta Arc includes five stand-alone filler episodes focusing on the histories and goals of the Straw Hats. The Apis Arc has a total of eight episodes, from 54 to 61. The Straw Hats help a girl named Apis and her friend Dragon Ryuji to fly and saved them from marines. The Apis Arc takes place just after Straw Hat Luffy receives his bounty of Beli.png30,000,000 at the end of the East Blue Saga and before the Straw Hats enter the Grand Line. Warship Island Arc AKA Apis Arc (Episodes 54 to 61) With hundreds of episodes and running for more than a couple of decades, it is understandable that One Piece has filler arcs. These are usually independent of the main plot and consist of less serious content with a lot more comedy thrown into it.
